We charge $40.00/Hr. for repairs. A minimum of $40.00. This charge is the same whether you bring the computer to us, we come and get it, or if we work on it at your place. We realize, however, that it is not practical to pay $500 in repairs for a $400 computer. So, we charge a flat rate of $100 after 3 hours, no matter how long it takes.
